The NRSA is pleased to announce the OFSC permit pricing for the upcoming season. Only change in permit for season 2014/2015 is that the classic permit is for model year 1999 and older! This change was approved at the 2014 OFSC AGM.

Based on the results of the 2014 OFSC Annual General Meeting held September 2014 called Framework for Change (FFC) and on behalf of NRSA, I would like to take this opportunity to update you on the permit cost for the upcoming 2014/2015 season.

Season Permits:$180 plus processing fees to Nov 1st, $210 to Dec 1st, $260 after Dec 1st

Last season's pre November 1st Online Only permit was very successful and will be available again for the 2014/2015 season.

Snowmobilers registered over 104,000 sleds for a 2014 Snowmobile Trail Permit. This number comprises of nearly 89,000 purchased permits of various types, plus over 15,000 registered Try-Our-Trails no cost permits.

- This is the highest number of permitted sleds & participants in the last ten years.

-104,000 permitted sleds represent almost 72% of insured sleds in Ontario, up from 52% two years ago.

- With an accepted average of 1.8 persons per permitted lsed, this means that the participation level approached 190,000 snowmobilers in 2014, an increase of as many as 45,000 over recent years.

This is a great opportunity for you to save a few dollars off your 2014/2015 OFSC permit! We hope you continue to support the NRSA snowmobile club this season.
